"Green PowerEd" - Teaching Sustainable Energy

Using the earth's natural resources to generate our energy needs of the future is a major concern for us all. Many world leaders are committed to reducing carbon dioxide emissions in this 21st Century. Consequently we are now seeing the teaching of renewable energy sources featured in schools' curricula and new higher education courses.

Marlec is an innovator in the field of micro wind turbines and hybrid wind / solar battery charging systems. We feel it is time to share our knowledge and worldwide experience with students, enabling them to gain hands-on experience of renewable energy systems with the new Green PowerEd systems.

Three ready-to-assemble kits are available:

Junior Green PowerEd

Small and lightweight Rutland 503 Windcharger combined with 30W solar panel. Power Monitor displaying wind turbine charge, solar panel charge and battery voltage. Kit includes batteries, cable & connectors

Senior Green PowerEd
