Returning a Product

Please follow these returns procedures to help us make returning a product for service or inspection a smooth running experience for you.  We aim to turn products around as swiftly as possible.

  1. Complete the form below and submit
  2. You will receive a Marlec Sales Return document from our service team within 1 working day. Please print this and add to the package containing the item to be returned.
  3. Ship the parcel pre-paid to the Returns Address shown on the document. If your item is valuable you may want to insure it against damage or loss or send it through a trackable shipping service.
  4. We will contact you once your item has been inspected and tested by our service team.
