NOTE: During this exceptional period of Covid-19 we cannot accept any product returns. You may submit a request to return a product through this page and this will be dealt with in due course. Please do not ship products to our address or the delivery may fail incurring charges for you to return the item.
Please follow these returns procedures to help us make returning a product for service or inspection a smooth running experience for you. We aim to turn products around as swiftly as possible.
- Complete the form below and submit
- You will receive a Marlec Sales Return document from our service team within 1 working day. Please print this and add to the package containing the item to be returned.
- Ship the parcel to the Returns Address shown on the document. If your item is valuable you may want to insure it against damage or loss or send it through a trackable shipping service.
- We will contact you once your item has been inspected and tested by our service team.
Please note that where no service work is undertaken an inspection fee and return postage costs are payable.
